Comment:
Pollen grain in a faecal preperation stained with Iodine. They may be confused with Taenia eggs (spheroidal yellow-brown 31-43 microns containing an oncosphere) but are only 15 - 20 microns wide, are round or tri-lobed and are thick walled symmetrical structures that stain very darkly with Iodine.
